Who is the Butcher? I am the Fucking Butcher.
I can say there has been two MAIN influences in my guitar playing, there has been many guitar players who have inspired me, but only two who have had major impacts on my guitar playing and writing.
One being Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine, with out listening to a Rage album and hearing A guitar player try to mimic a DJ and synth only with a guitar and amp? It was mind boggling. Tom (Morello) is the reason i picked up a guitar in the first place.
The second guitar player is Justin Beck, From Glassjaw.
I first heard "Everything you need to know about silence" early in my high school years. I heard a guitar player, who was Todd Weinstein, and something else over the guitar playing, sort of like a robot playing a guitar making it with crazy noises and sounds. And that was Justin Beck. Since i had just a great appreciation for Tom Morello's style, once i heard Justin Beck it was enough for me. Justin Beck made me want to start writing, make music, and make music that i liked. Glassjaw is a Band from Long Island, New York with a hip hop influence who started the whole "post hardcore" sound with heavy riffs, melodic singing and screaming, and ambient sounds all in one. Many bands followed after, but never like glassjaw, or even close, ever. period. I can say ever so homo-ly that glassjaw changed my life, and i hope this is a good example of why.
I know its labeled as Indie, but what are you gonna do. If anything, glassjaw doesnt have a label.
p.s. more post coming soon, lots of funny videos and some stuff from NAMM and cool new apparel that i found.

Delays.
Sorry i haven't posted anything in awhile.. Ive been bombarded with school work and busy with functions and running my life upawall.
To satisfy my fascination with children falling and hurting themselves heres a video. It's probably the funniest when the woman say "ow" and he begins to cry.

Muscles - Sweaty (Shazam Remix)
I'm not gonna lie, the original of this song is horrible. But of course, the remix is better.. which in some cases isn't always true.
Dirty 90's Dance = Amazing-ness.
These are some of my favorite 90's Hip Hop dirty dance music.. before getting "crunk" this was club music of the early 90's, perfect for a Friday. Enjoy. - t.

Macbook wheel a sham.
I wanted to write about the new "Macbook Wheel" because i was completely infuriated. How could mac come out with something so ridiculous? It was not a surprise because Mr. Steve Jobs is know for something outrages like this.. And since he's about to leave Apple due to a major illness.. i could see him going out with a bang. And this would give my best friend Ryan so much more of a Edge on how much he hates Apple products.. but to MY surprise.. it was just a joke.. The Onion came out with a spoof on the product so my furry has went away, any who... here is the video of the spoof.

At Dawn.
I started spring semester today.. And as long as I've had a collegiate career, ive never had a class earlier than 9 am. And im far from being a morning person, in fact i love the night. My earliest class today started at 7:30am, and what makes it even more amazing is that its only offered at that time. Thank you lord for caffeine. Here's video of me sitting in my car contemplating if i should go into class.
I know its side ways, but what are you gonna do.. i don't have a video editor and photobucket wasn't having it.

If you like it then you should have put a ring on it.
Ever since the spoof on SNL of Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg being Beyonce's back up dancers in her single ladies video there has been hundreds of videos of people trying to do the dance. This is hands down the funniest one, because i think this guy is extremely serious, and im not gonna lie.. its pretty amazing.
Caked Out.
There is alot of small t-shirt companies that come out annually, but i think caked out stands out from alot of the others. Very similar to my boy Aaron LaCrate's clothing line Milk Crate Athletics, Funny satire of "get rich" stereotypes are put as graphics on the tee's. The t-shirts are very simple but fun enough to make a statement. The company has been around for only 3 seasons and i can see the improvements in each one. Watch out for Caked Out.
O'neal Mcknight - Champange Red Lights
Wow. Another banger for Mcknight to follow up "Check Your Coat". I can't wait till he come's out with his album. O'neal Mcknight - Champange Red Lights {ft. Heavy D & Big Ali}

Carol C. Special.
Pitbull - Calle Ocho.
I gotta say i got a soft spot for the guy. He knows how to take an old club hit and make it fresh again. This is Nicola Fasano Feat. Pat Rich - 75 Brazil Street (original), now Calle Ocho.
Don't Let Ato Matsumoto Find Out About The Air Yezzy.
Kanye Strikes again.
The first person to have a signature shoe through nike that ISN'T an athlete.

Due to come out sometime in March, theses sneakers are a huge buzz around the globe for sneaker fiends. He designed the sneaker based on his liking on the Ato Matsumoto Cow Hide Boots he found in Japan.

They look extremely similar to the Cow Hide Boot, im not to sure Ato will be happy about this. Never the less, theses sneakers will sell like hot cakes at any price. Ato Cow Hide Boots sell for around 200.00 euro, and im sure the Air Yezzy will be some where around there as well.
